Introduction

Prohousekeepers is a company that provides cleaning services throughout the USA. Both individuals and companies can use these services. As the company expanded, it became necessary to radically revise the site structure, improve the user experience (UX), and rework the service request form. The "Scaleflow" team developed a new concept and created a modern interface (UI).

The challenge

In the Prohousekeepers project, we took a fresh look at the user interface. We optimized the process of filling out an application for cleaning services, increasing transparency and control on the part of the user. Explore this case study to find out how Scaleflow's design solutions improved the service and made it convenient to use on all devices.

Design system

As part of our work, we created a design system that includes recommendations for the color palette, fonts, icons, grids and sizes of elements, as well as the distances between them. We developed more than 80 components in various states and variants, which allowed us to reduce development and implementation costs, as well as improve team interaction.
